Mackenzie helps humans neutralize stress and cell damage using the divine abundance of nature. After her family endured a terminal cancer, she saw first hand just how easy our bodies can become stuck in “fight or flight”.

 

The caregiver experience she acquired at a young age gifted her the realistic awareness that people deserve to feel in control of their own mind-body, while working alongside Western Medicine. Her education and passion for living a more balanced and holistic life stems from the lack of resources her family had access to throughout her father’s seven year cancer journey.​ Health Autonomy for everyone... especially the next generation of Americans.

Owner of the holistic lifestyle company, Hempy Humans LLC, her in-person classes are where humans find themselves slowing down time, transforming their stress, and learning how to live the present moment.

 

Focused on strengthening our mind-body connection, Mackenzie is committed to building easy-to-understand, holistic resources accessible to anyone. Both in-person and online. Through the use of frosted quartz singing bowls, super-antioxidants, and the human body... from the inside-out, you are sure to leave feeling like the best version of yourself.
